Monocular 3D Video Extensometer
The Haytham high-temperature video extensometer, based on monocular 3D DIC technology, played an important role as an advanced non-contact full-field measurement technique in the full-field high-temperature 650°C tensile test of aircraft skin titanium alloy.
1. Full-field strain measurement with comprehensive coverage
At high temperatures, conventional measurement methods often provide only local strain data and cannot fully reflect the overall deformation behavior of the material. Using monocular 3D optical measurement technology, the Haytham monocular 3D video extensometer can measure strain across the entire titanium alloy specimen surface at 650°C, ensuring comprehensive and accurate test results.
2. Non-contact measurement that avoids disturbing the specimen
In high-temperature tensile testing, contact measurement may affect the specimen surface and thereby disturb the test data. The Haytham monocular 3D video extensometer adopts non-contact optical measurement, remotely monitoring the full-field deformation of the specimen and eliminating the interference caused by physical contact, thus ensuring data authenticity.

3. Stable measurement in high-temperature environments
The 650°C high-temperature environment places extremely high demands on test equipment. Designed for high-temperature testing, the Haytham monocular 3D video extensometer features an optical system that remains stable under high-temperature conditions, precisely capturing the subtle deformation of titanium alloy during tension.
4. Real-time data analysis for fast results
With the Haytham monocular 3D video extensometer, test personnel can acquire data in real time during high-temperature tensile testing and quickly generate stress-strain curves. This efficient data processing capability allows test results to be obtained rapidly, providing a reliable basis for analyzing material performance.
