Monocular 3D Video Extensometer
The Visual Crack Monitoring System is based on Digital Image Correlation (DIC) technology. By capturing and analyzing images of surface cracks, it enables automated measurement and continuous monitoring of crack width and crack-width variation. Crack images and measurement data are recorded synchronously, providing intuitive results and easy installation while reducing manual inspection requirements and improving monitoring efficiency. It is suitable for long-term crack monitoring of bridges, tunnels, slopes, rail transit infrastructure, dams, historic structures, and other large-scale structures.

·Continuous observation and recording at key crack locations form traceable variation curves and stage-by-stage comparisons, making it easy to determine whether abnormal propagation is occurring.

·Data results are viewed alongside on-site imagery, allowing rapid verification of crack status and the surrounding environment when anomalies occur, reducing the uncertainty of "numbers only, no cross-check".

·Replace frequent site visits with continuous back-office trend monitoring, cutting manual inspection effort and making O&M schedules more controllable.

·Designed for structures such as bridges, tunnels, slopes, rail tracks, water conservancy dams, and cultural relics, with flexible point placement according to monitoring objectives and easy staged expansion.

·Monitoring records are retained long-term and support stage summaries and trend analysis, providing support for maintenance decisions, re-inspection and acceptance, and safety assessment.
