The Offline Visual Tracking System is a vision-based displacement measurement system powered by oblique-axis Digital Image Correlation (DIC) technology. The measurement head captures images of the test object throughout the loading process, while the software processes and analyzes the acquired images to output deformation results in real time.

·Compact design with a dedicated trolley case for the complete system
·Easy for one person to carry and deploy at the measurement site

·Installation can be completed within minutes, and independent operation is possible after approximately 30 minutes of training
·Non-contact measurement with a straightforward installation and operating procedure

·Real-time, high-precision synchronous measurement of dynamic deflection at multiple points
·Intuitive 2D displacement output in both horizontal and vertical directions
·Supports deflection visualization, filtering, baseline shifting, impact factor calculation, and more
In the Yingxian Wooden Pagoda project, in addition to the 24-hour online safety monitoring system, Haytham also deployed a portable offline vision tracker to support flexible observation scenarios such as rapid inspection, special re-measurement, and emergency testing. The device runs without a network and is ready to use right after setup, giving inspectors a flexible tool for on-demand measurements.
The core goal of static safety inspection is to determine whether the structural performance of a bridge under normal loads meets design requirements and to identify potential structural defects or risks. By measuring static strain, displacement, and possible cracks at key structural locations, the inspection provides objective data for safety assessment.
During metro operation, the track and surrounding structures are subjected to vibration and stress from passing trains. If such vibration accumulates over the long term, it may affect the stability and service life of the track system. Therefore, vibration detection and safety assessment are essential, and non-contact measurement provides accurate vibration data.
