Algorithm Engineer (Image Processing)

Department: R&D Center / Algorithm DepartmentLocation: ShenzhenSalary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the design, coding, implementation, upgrading and maintenance of core algorithms for image processing software;
  • Identify, analyze and process image data as required using computer graphics, machine learning and other technologies;
  • Participate in user requirement research, requirement analysis and software design;
  • Responsible for the detailed design, code implementation, coding and debugging, and unit-level testing of project modules;
  • Cooperate in the joint commissioning of projects;
  • Cooperate in unit-level, configuration-item-level and system-level testing of projects.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, mathematics or other related majors;
  • C/C++/Python development experience; proficient in C/C++ and object-oriented programming;
  • Familiar with vector algorithms and computer graphics, and with basic image processing algorithms (e.g., grayscale derivatives, second-order derivatives, interpolation and fitting);
  • Excellent academic performance in advanced algebra, linear algebra and other mathematics courses is preferred;
  • Familiarity with Matlab is a plus;
  • Good mathematical foundation and strong engineering skills, able to read English literature proficiently and quickly implement related algorithms;
  • Good at communication, able to grasp key points accurately and quickly, with strong writing skills and clear expression.

Algorithm Engineer (Deep Learning)

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for image restoration and reconstruction, such as removing the impact of illumination changes on imaging quality, deblurring, removing rain, fog, high-temperature turbulence and atmospheric turbulence;
  • Responsible for the full process of dataset collection and production, model training, optimization, deployment (C++), upgrading and maintenance;
  • Participate in user requirement research, analysis and software design;
  • Cooperate in system-level testing and joint debugging;
  • Research innovative and impactful new algorithms.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or above in computer science, electronic information or other related majors;
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python and C++;
  • Proficient in one or more deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch and TensorFlow;
  • Master basic neural network technologies, such as CNN, RNN, GAN, Transformer and Diffusion Model;
  • Experience with inference engines, such as ONNX Runtime, OpenVINO, TensorRT and ncnn;
  • CUDA programming experience is a plus;
  • Master model distillation, pruning and quantization; practical project experience is preferred;
  • Publications in computer vision conferences (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV) or machine learning conferences (NIPS, ICML, AAAI) are preferred.

Software Development Engineer (Front-end)

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the back-end development team to optimize data interface interaction, ensuring efficient acquisition and processing of front-end data to meet the system's need for rapid display of early-warning information;
  • Optimize front-end code performance, solving issues such as lag and slow loading in large-scale data visualization, and improving overall system fluency;
  • Follow coding standards, write high-quality and maintainable front-end code, and participate in code reviews and technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Computer or related major, full-time bachelor's degree or above;
  • Familiar with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript; proficient in mainstream front-end frameworks such as Vue.js/React and WeChat Mini Program development;
  • Familiar with data visualization technologies such as ECharts, D3.js and Three.js, with hands-on experience in charts and 3D scene development in real projects;
  • Understand HTTP/HTTPS protocols and front-end/back-end data interaction, skilled in using tools such as Axios for API calls and data processing;
