In industrial equipment, bolt loosening, especially under long-term high-frequency vibration, poses a serious threat to the stability and safety of the equipment. This test aims to study how bolt loosening affects the vibration amplitude of equipment fasteners under uniaxial vibration. Through high-frequency vibration experiments, the amplitude changes caused by bolt loosening were observed and analyzed to evaluate the potential impact of bolt loosening on equipment performance.
1. Equipment setup and vibration table:First, the equipment was fixed on the vibration table to simulate the high-frequency uniaxial vibration in the real working environment. The vibration amplitude and frequency in the experiment were set according to the operating conditions of the equipment to ensure the representativeness of the test.

2. Image acquisition and data analysis:A Haytham high-speed visual strain gauge was used for image acquisition. Through non-contact measurement, the instrument captures 3D deformation data of the bolts in real time and analyzes the amplitude changes of the equipment under vibration. After image acquisition, the system analyzes the displacement and amplitude of the bolts in the X, Y, and Z directions, helping to study the influence of bolt loosening on the vibration behavior of the equipment.
3. Data processing:The acquired data were processed with Haytham's image analysis software to accurately evaluate the amplitude changes caused by bolt loosening under different vibration conditions. The results help analyze the contribution of the loosened parts to the overall vibration and the impact of loosening on the structural stability of the equipment.
Effect of bolt loosening on the vibration amplitude of the equipment: The test results show that when the bolts become loose, the vibration amplitude of the equipment increases significantly, especially under higher-frequency vibration conditions, where the amplitude fluctuation caused by loosening is more pronounced.

1. Precise monitoring and locating:By capturing 3D deformation data, the Haytham high-speed visual strain gauge not only accurately displays the amplitude changes but also locates the specific positions of bolt loosening, providing a scientific basis for equipment maintenance.
2. Impact assessment:The analysis results indicate that bolt loosening may cause nonlinear growth of equipment vibration, increasing the load on the equipment and even accelerating equipment damage. Therefore, timely monitoring and repair of bolt loosening are essential.
Improved testing efficiency and accuracy: With the Haytham high-speed visual strain gauge, the experiment greatly shortened the time for data acquisition and analysis while improving testing accuracy, providing high-quality evidence for equipment safety assessment.
