Interchange bridges play an important role in regional transportation, so their structural safety has received widespread attention. To ensure the stability of the bridge, an online tracker was used for safety monitoring, monitoring the settlement of the piers in real time with a frequency down to the second level. The system provides real-time data and can capture on-site images, allowing managers to intuitively understand the monitoring results.

Using oblique optical axis DIC technology, the online tracker records the settlement changes of the piers in real time with sub-millimeter data accuracy. This precise monitoring approach helps engineers discover potential structural problems in time and make corresponding maintenance decisions. In addition, the system features data storage and analysis functions and can generate historical data reports as a reference for future bridge maintenance.

This interchange bridge safety monitoring case reflects the value of modern monitoring technology in infrastructure management. Real-time monitoring provides a degree of assurance for bridge safety and also offers experience and reference for the monitoring of other bridges.
