Monocular 3D Video Extensometer
Based on monocular 3D DIC, Haytham's monocular 3D vision strain gauge captures high-resolution surface images and analyzes them precisely, achieving full-field, non-contact measurement of implant surface strain.
In front subframe displacement testing, ensuring measurement accuracy is critical. The test team used a dial indicator with 0.001mm accuracy, verifying the accuracy of Haytham's monocular 3D vision strain gauge against the dial indicator's displacement data.
Based on monocular 3D DIC, Haytham's monocular 3D vision strain gauge effectively overcomes the limitations of traditional methods, achieving full-field 3D deformation measurement of tires under compression.
Traditional measurement methods at high temperature often provide only local strain data, failing to reflect overall deformation behavior. Using monocular 3D optical measurement, Haytham's monocular 3D video extensometer measures strain over the entire titanium alloy specimen surface at 650℃, ensuring comprehensive, accurate results.
The air conditioning system generates corresponding stress and vibration at startup, operation and shutdown. Without detection and control, severe vibration not only creates more noise but also accelerates fatigue damage of the compressor, piping and related parts, reducing comfort and service life.
When ships navigate polar waters, collisions between sea ice and the hull exert enormous ice loads, posing significant threats to propulsion systems and local structural strength.
ECC high-ductility concrete is a fiber-reinforced composite designed on micromechanics principles with cement and quartz sand as the matrix, offering high strength, high toughness, high crack resistance and high damage tolerance compared with ordinary concrete.
C/C composites are widely used in aerospace and other fields for their excellent high-temperature resistance and high strength. Haytham's monocular 3D high-temperature video extensometer, with its outstanding high-temperature measurement capability, provides a reliable solution for 2200℃ biaxial tensile testing.
By performing high-precision 3D strain measurement at multiple key points on the body, Haytham's binocular 3D vision strain gauge helped the engineering team identify stress concentration regions of the body structure under specific torsional loads. Based on this data, engineers optimized the body structure design, enhanced torsional stiffness, and improved overall vehicle safety and driving stability.
