Haytham's binocular 3D vision strain gauge, through innovative non-contact full-field strain measurement, greatly improves the precision and efficiency of box girder deformation monitoring and crack analysis.
To verify the material's high-temperature mechanical properties, the customer wanted full-field testing with heating to 350℃ to obtain strain distribution and displacement data at high temperature, providing data support for product design optimization.
This experiment aimed to accurately evaluate the shear strength and deformation characteristics of carbon fiber materials, providing a scientific basis for structural design and material selection of related products.
Studying the effect of bolt loosening on equipment amplitude under single-axis vibration of fastened equipment. Through high-frequency vibration experiments, amplitude changes caused by bolt loosening were observed and analyzed to evaluate the potential impact on equipment performance.
DIC technology provides a clear magnifying glass for sneaker design, making every deformation and every pressure point precisely visible.
To precisely measure the closure motion of Venus flytrap leaves, the team used Haytham's vision strain gauge based on monocular 3D DIC together with Visual Strain Gauge software to analyze the closure process after stimulation. The technology efficiently and accurately obtains leaf surface strain data and generates full-field strain maps, supporting bionic mechanical structure design.
The goal of this test was to understand the mechanical behavior of carbon-based materials at extreme temperature by tensile testing in a vacuum furnace at 1000℃. To ensure high purity and precision, inert gas was introduced into the vacuum furnace to protect the sample, further improving test accuracy.
In this test, the transverse wet joint of Yantan was chosen for three-point bending testing. Speckle points were placed on the beam surface for staged loading, simulating displacement, deformation and crack resistance of the beam under load.
This biaxial tensile test of composite film used Haytham's monocular 3D DIC high-speed vision strain gauge. Unlike traditional stereo DIC systems, it requires only one high-speed camera and lens set for high-speed testing — greatly simplifying equipment configuration and reducing overall cost.
