Monocular 3D Video Extensometer
Haytham's monocular 3D DIC, based on single-camera 3D reconstruction and DIC algorithms, continuously acquires and analyzes surface deformation features, obtaining 3D displacement fields and full-field strain distribution of soil during tension without contact.
Through continuous image acquisition and correlation analysis of the block surface, Haytham DIC obtains full-field displacement and strain distribution during compression without touching the specimen.
Through optical imaging and correlation analysis, Haytham DIC continuously tracks specimen surface features, obtaining full-field displacement and strain distribution during bending without contact.
Haytham's 3D video extensometer is based on 3D vision measurement and DIC algorithms, performing stereo reconstruction of surface deformation features — obtaining complete 3D displacement fields and full-field strain distribution during compression loading.
Haytham DIC, based on optical imaging and correlation analysis, computes displacement and axial strain over a selected gauge region on the specimen surface, obtaining compression deformation data without touching the specimen.
Haytham Technology's monocular 3D video extensometer provides a stable, reliable non-contact solution for full-field strain measurement of small alloy specimens in compression.
Haytham Technology's microscopic DIC solution provides a high-spatial-resolution, non-contact means for shear-tensile testing of welded titanium specimens.
In large-deformation mechanical testing of rubber, specimens often exhibit strains of hundreds or even thousands of percent, with obvious nonlinearity, local tension concentration and rebound. Traditional contact extensometers tend to slip, detach or restrict free deformation under large deformation, making truthful, reliable data hard to obtain. For this challenge, Haytham Technology's DIC system provides a stable, mature non-contact solution for large-deformation rubber measurement.
In 1500℃ high-temperature tensile testing of carbon/carbon (C/C) composites, the material is exposed to strong radiation, high heat flux and complex atmosphere. Traditional contact extensometers and strain gauges tend to fail, peel or introduce additional load, failing to reflect the true constitutive behavior. For this extreme condition, Haytham Technology's monocular 2D video extensometer, combined with high-temperature speckle technology, provides a stable, reliable non-contact measurement solution for high-temperature mechanical testing of C/C composites.
